CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
The relationship is one based on rights and the crown land just became a little more Tahltan land. But there are a lot more reports and reviews that need to be signed off by the Tahltan and the cost of compensation has changed.
Can you show me where you got this information?
From what I am reading this court case only applies to unceded land, and SC is sitting on ceded land. I thought what it meant was any lands that were not yet ceded were now open to claims from FNs. Ours is already claimed.
What further reports and reviews are now needed? I haven't been able to see that anything has changed. I would appreciate a link or reference.
