I think they will rewrite the JV, they seem to rewite the underlying agreement every time.
They will stall until they have FN on revenue sharing and tied into the project so the FN will not try to close it down as a later negotiating tactic.
I would like Teck shares and this thing to be over but I think Teck is facing their own problems -cheap coal and cheap oil and will act conservatively. We have to prove beyond a doubt we have the goods which seems to be a slow process cause management uses the excuses "it is in Tecks hands". Like they do not know by now? YA RIGHT
