Thanks to Prospekt for opening this thread. I had been considering sending Prospekt a private message for about 10 days now just to find out what we could expect? Now we are discussing it. Great!!!

I agree that many of us would be happy with Dogger's scenario although I don;t know why they would give us $.22 plus shares in Teck. Why not just shares? As far as the shares go I disagree that now is a good time for Teck to buy using shares. For example if they decide to give us 1 Billion ( # chosen for arithmetic simplicity) then they would give us 50 million shares if their price were $20. however if the price rises to $25 they would have to issue 40 million shares and if their price were $40 they would have to give us 25 million. Obviously it makes more sense for them to give us 25 million shares as opposed to 50 million.

All that being said let's hope we do get the optimization results soon and let's hope for progress on the EA
