I don't think its that simple.Firstly the cells CXM claimed by the two Yukon residents obviously would show as unavailable no matter who held them.The open cells stating same might be relevant but lets wait for news as we all can speculate.I doubt the government has messed this up and if they did they could be liable for damages to either CMX or Yukon prospectors.If only it was that easy.
