The Chariman of the Board of Directors of Carmax is Elmer. There are conflicts of interest all around in this.
Wait—Elmer is today no longer Chairman. I'm sure he was yesterday. The plot thickens. Also Mike Smith was a Director but no longer is one today.
For example, the VP of Exploration at Carmax, whose job I would assume it was to renew the claims, has a number of claims in his own name that he has not yet transferred to Carmax. I wondered if he was holding them just in case his job was threatened? (I have a suspicious nature.)
IMO, Copper Fox seems to be distancing themselves from this. They don't seem to be taking an active role
