My guess is unless Carmax and the Yukon guys can get a amicable deal any decision from the gold commissioner may find its way into the courts.......Yukon guys will possibly go to the higher court and Carmax if unsuceessful may try to.This could go on all year or longer.I would not bank on any work on the projectr this year if that scenario happens.Only positive outcome is both parties reach a solution and MTO office rubber stamps.So what is is going to cost Carmax shareholders for Yukon guys to be happy? Some have suggested a NSR which I agree 100% possible but I bet another 500k to a million payment as well......
