Let's all be realistic. If you were the current owners of the claims, what you be asking for? or would you sit on it for a few years? Bottom line is that they have us by the short and curiies. I will really be surprised if the claims are returned to CXM scott free.... and no one at CXM has been dismissed. If 'ifs' and 'buts' are candy and nuts, we will all have a Merry Christmas. Bottomline, this is all going to cost investors money. Are you mad as hell and not going to take it anymore? This all just shows us how helpless we are as investors and the governing bodies do not give a poop. Just whom are they protecting?
