I would think CXM would still have the most leverage (but not 100%). The government is pushing for jobs to be created in the mining industry and the Yukon boys would be less likely to provide them. Carmax is probably not going to share any of their info. That would mean any newcomers would be starting at or near the beginning. They would not even be able to explore without First Nations approval. That may be difficult to get.

Then there is still the question of why they aquired the claims in the first place. Was it to explore and mine? Or to put the claims up for bid?

I would think that $500,000 would be a bit high. But everything about this investment is contrary, so who knows.
