Contact Newmont to gauge interest

Put Renmark to work stirring investor interest and get the share price up

Put an offer together and present to Teck under the ROFO

Present to Newmont

Close the deal

Newmont and Teck have agreed to a 3-4 year timeline to develop Galore. Schaft Creek should be bundled with Galore to improve economics for both projects. Now is the time for CUU to divest SC. Newmont paid a good price for Galore and Elmer needs to seize this opportunity.
