That's the process they must follow according to the JV agreement " Copper Fox will, prior to selling or disposing of all or any portion of its Interest, first offer to sell the Interest to Teck  ". If Teck says no then we are clear to send the offer to another party and not worry about Teck's permission anymore, as long as we don't sell at a lower price than the one offered to Teck. I doubt Teck would accept any offer anyways unless it's a very low one since they want a partner on Galore and now QB2. In fact I expect Teck will waive the ROFO on Schaft Creek just like they did with the ROFR on Galore.
