Elmer could get a copy of the deskstop studies under strick confidentiality conditions. Then he can show to third parties who sign a CA, which makes them liable if they disclose anything. Then we won't have to wait for the NI 43-101 technical report. Anything released to CUU will not be considered material because it's not final until it's covered within the report. Some aspects of the work done to date will probably be at high level, such as detailed mine planning. Another possibility is that Elmer is working jointly with Teck on a deal so he doesn't need the numbers. We'll see if the next press release sheds some light. Not getting my hopes up, too many disappointments.
