A Technical Report hasn't been mentioned since the Q2 NR not even in the Nov 8 SC update but what was mentioned was that The 2018 program is expected to be completed by the end of Jan,the 2018 SCJV program was all about the Desk Top Studies. You have to follow the NR that are put out on Sedar not what Elner said to someone  on a annoymous message board. We will never see anything that has been completed by Teck from the beginning to the final buyout negotiations,whatever EE and the board accepts that's what we will get they will be the only ones who will ever see the final studies,we will probably get a sense maybe when Teck files the EA application on SC but we will be gone when that happens,again this IMHO.
