Sure it's the best outcome but not likely. The corporate structure was set up so they can deal any of the main assets like Schaft Creek as a separate corporate entity. The other properties would be considered baggage by a major since they are too early stage or too small in tonnage. It's a hassle for them to deal with and they have to dig into what potential liabilities exist. It would be better for us if SC was sold and then Elmer can option out the rest to another junior if he wants out.
