"Sumitomo, Mitsubishi or event Tesla could buy our 25% to secure the resource."

How do you "secure the resource" when you have no control over when or even if it will be developed in your lifetime? We could all die with our ten cent shares (my mistake, 08.5) and what would make any investor believe anything from CUU after all the "planned", "expected", and "anticipated" failures over the last seven years?
