Because Elmer doesnt want to rock the boat...  He is riding high for the past 10 yrs making a 1/4 mill a yr...and almost all of that time Calgary has been in a severe downturn with oil tanking.  So he is more than happy to just sit back, feet up on the desk doing F A and getting paid large.  He wouldnt be able to find any other work if he doesnt drag this out.

The real question is whats going on in Ernestos head.  He holds the majority of shares so we are all standing around with our d**ks in our hands till he makes a move, or tells Elmer Fudd to do something other than nothing.

We will never see any results from Teck for sure...It makes no sense for them to release that now that they are the full owners and operators of the project.  We probably wont get any material information regarding the JV either.  

The next big news event that will actually give us any indication of anything will be the next private placement and share dilution.  Unless Elmer is somehow able to funnel the Teck funds meant for the JV into his pockets as compensation for a stellar job done.
