What is the opposite of a perfect storm? A perfect calm?

The SC deposit was an unproven clump of hillside on the far side of beyond before our investing dollars proved it up to be mineable. 

Now it has an improved highway, easy access to a port, and a high capacity power line running by. There are low environmental risks and the locals are friendly. 

Teck took no risk in proving it up. We did that for them. 

The big holdup is we won't sell our shares for for dirt cheap so the project just sits.
