The CAPEX costs are not accurate. Plus they used 400 million or something as contingency (overrun call it).

That 2013 cost guidance is flawed, as its numbers include the removal of generating metal value but it's classification is waste rock. I am sure they corrected that. 

It is the double edged sword.
