Agree, but somebody needs to put +3 billions to make it happen. 

Seems also very risky no?  Cost could overrun 3.5% and they would spend more than the 100M it took to explore the area.  Delays would also cost Teck a lot of money, etc,.

It's a teamwork and I'm sure we will get fair valuation.
