What's nice about an NPV valuation using triple tested data by many PH.Ds over the span of a decade is that it is the most reliable and reasonable way to express the current value of a future stream of revenues and costs, and risks thereto. The NPV in a proper valuation already makes allowances for over-runs and additional cushion for unknown costs. In a FS costs are significantly inflation indexed over the entire LOM while commodity prices are not at all, not one cent. So go cry in your beer somewhere else keevil. You are just gong to have to put your big boy pants on and execute (like we did) to earn your near billion per year for generations.
We fullfilled our obligations and earned 25% of the NPV5% of the mine. We'll throw in a mining district.
