Over some 30 years ago I decided to sell my house in Vancouver( fool I am). First I spent two years renovating it so I could ask maximum price.

Every weekend, every night after work. Constantly working on it and spending my paycheck to maximize value. 

I sold it. A few days later I dropped some papers off to the new owners. Everything I had done was laying in a Smithrite container in the back of the yard. Frig sake.

Some mining companies may just want to increase their inventory of deposits. We don't need to polish every rock just to sell it.
