Kind of mind-boggling that you see any LOLs in this sorry situation.

There are seniors among the ranks of management, many individuals with a whole lot of collective years of experience in this industry. We put our faith in them and they have not delivered. It's as simple as that. 

They could at least own up to it. 

"We realize that we have failed to execute on our communicated objectives over a dozen years. We acknowledge that this has caused hardship for some of our loyal shareholders, whose support we highly value. We hear that frustration and we take it seriously. It will be discussed at our next board meeting and we commit to keeping shareholders informed of decisions we make to get CUU back on track."

^^ Something to that effect wouldn't hurt. At least it's not salt in the wounds, i.e. "You don't like it? Sell and move on." 

What a callous bunch.
