Thanks Calvin   I appreciate your response. Just as I often wish I was younger I also wish CF was at this stage years ago. I thought for sure last year we were finishing up. Then I thought this year was ours. PEA's in hand, and high copper prices. Disappointing that were not ready with VD and Teck is still as they were 10 years ago.

This investment paying out at decent price is the difference between me having a good life or just a life. I should never have let this happen but it did. Is it too much to ask that the share price reflects the value of the asset we own. I get a little stressed that we are heading towards another recession and CF doesn't seem to acknowledge that.
