So no news release on adding a "big time" M&A guy. That might have boosted the sp a penny or two. It's almost as if EE doesn't want the sp to go up. All the news releases since proactive have been very vanilla despite some "toppings" that might have generated more interest in the sp. is there a " creeping takeover" in play? (apologies to golf if I have misquoted the term). 
Probably not. There is a saying in football that you are what your record says you are. Our sp says that this is a steaming mess of  a company with incompetent management and no assets of interest to the market. GLTA
