That is a great map!! I'm gonna spend some time checking it out. The problem I'm having though, is that 3110 sets out different zones inside the Imataca, ie Forest Management Zones, etc. Each zone designates what can be done in that zone. Honestly, the zones that, with my best guess, I place KRY in don't allow for mining. There was supposed to be a map that was made in conjunction with the decree, that would make it pretty easy... I'm still looking...
