You're absolutely right. The only thing is that Ortega is now acting under the Forestry Law which wasn't in effect when she issued her denial. Her only authority at that time was the Imataca Reserve. If it barely applied to us . . .

If the new Foresty Law did, in fact, impact us directly, why wasn't it specifically disclosed as a material risk in the 2nd 1/4 report?
