Oh, I forgot to mention - my reading of yesterday's article (I know I don't share this view with many), is that mining was still not going to be approved in the Imataca. That's why I think its important to delineate the boundaries and ascertain which zone we would be in, and whether mining would otherwise be permitted in that zone...
