(Zwil, I do have to ask what is the last environmental permit Rusoro has acquired. I posted an article that was from Oct 2007 that Agapov stated they were still awaiting an environmental permit for the Ruscaolin project. I haven't seen that permit yet. So is Rusoro talking about all of the underlying permits that KRY and GRZ have already acquired as well, in my opinion it is. So they are no different than any other miner in VZ.)
Moola, they did get the permit that Goldfields coudn't get and they seem pretty confident that they will get additional permits for future projects. They have come a long way in a short time. I guess there is no way to know for sure if this prefered treatment will continue. How much weight do we give to this prefered partner stuff and the value of the Russian connection?
I do think that they are getting better treatment than Goldfields and Hecla received and that implies that they are in fact different.
