I have no doubt we would get a SP bump from any takeover attempt. If I was interested in exiting before a permit is issued that would be the time to do it.

There seems to be a little misunderstanding. I am in no way condoning or professing any sort of exit strategy. Never have, never will. The furthest I go is posting the technicals and let others perform their own DD. This may come across as negative, but on a day-to-day average basis, the technicals for KRY are, well, usually negative. Unfortunately, to the detriment of my Stars and Thumbs.

Anyway, taking advantage of a situation where money can be made, or holdings can be increased, is something a shareholder can, and should, do. It is their fiduciary responsibility. After all, the Market is about making money.

There is a pride of ownership of the share holders on this Board. However, there is no loss of honor in flipping shares to better one's position or to increase one's holdings.
