Jimmijazz, since you asked on the board, I will answer on the board, even though this is getting a little OT..
(Zwil, could you post a link to the PR about Rml getting the permit GF couldn't get? I would be interested in reading it and seeing exactly what the permit was for. To compare apples to apples it would have to be an enviormental permit. Kry has obtained permits to drill back in 2007 I think to expand the deposit.)
According to this they received operating licenses. Sounds similar to what GRZ could not obtain.
