I have a problem with the whole concept that Kry would accept a 1:1 share exchange. I don't know about anyone else but I really don't see why Kry would accept 1:1 when GRZ is being offered 3:1.

The second problem I have with your speculation is that even if Kry took such a deal you are assuming the market would value the shares at $1. Rml has about 535 million shares when fully diluted currently trading in Canada at .58. Add to this about 335 million fully diluted Kry shares currently trading at .22 in Canada. Combined the joint company would have 870 million shares, very little cash, a ton of debt (Kry would have to repay the note holders) and you believe that market would come to the conclusion that the value should be $1 a share.

To me this isn't speculation, it is a fairy tale that has no chance of happening. Speculation needs some basis in fact to be a possibility and I haven't seen anyone post anything that shows how a take over by Rml would work in real life or be beneficial to Kry shareholders.
