1.) I thought the sale of the mining equipment (worth at least 80 million USD), plus the cash (21million) and other assets KRY has would carry us through Arbitration, IF we file ASAP.

2.) And if KRY files for Arbitration, does KRY need all the Management overhead? Will KRY pare down?
