I do not think we will see any significant dilution. If we have to go to arbitration, expenses will be held to bare minimum shell company. All we have to do is work out a deal with the bondholders. Maybe sell all the equipment for over 100 million, pay off half the debt to the bondholders with an agreement that they will get the remaining half plus interest(maybe throw in a few warrants) upon completion or settelment of arbitration.
