It seems once again that the planets are in alignment.

The only item that's bothered me out of all the posts about the Chinese money, Rangel the rascal, and the ALO' today is from CJR's China/Russia post:

The contract was granted by the CVG that is the concessionary company.

anytime I see the word "concession" it makes me worry.
