Going back to the article CJR posted Saturday:

"Consulted sources have considered that both projects could be approved by the Ministry of the Atmosphere, so soon Government decides the National it and much more if he is the same Government who assumes part or the totality of the investment."

This basically says that KRY's EIS will be used. There is absolutely no way they are talking about someone else doing an EIS.

"Both projects partially are explored and with quantifications of the found reserves."

Again this sounds like a need for KRY's data to quantify.
