My personal take is the delay in filing is more about finding/finalizing bridge money to get us through arbitration than with finalizing andy deal. Until and unless we can do that VZ does need to do anything with a settlement. If we can't fund arbitration then we are done and there is no need for a settlement. There would also be no need to file arbitration without the financing.

So, IMHO that is the holdup. I don't think we will see any offer to settle or any buyout until the financing is done. Conversely, if we see an announcement that KRY has obtained financing then I would expect a settlement to be achieved rather quickly there after.
