I hope we all weather this but time is short and financing is the key IMHO.
So the $64,000.00 question is: "Can we obtain financing in our present situation and at what cost to the shareholders?". When I questioned Richard Marshall (months ago) on Fung's ability to find financing given impending bankrupcy, a depression era credit freeze, no permit, the bondholder issues, Hugo's string of nationalizations, etc., he gave me what I consider to be the following non-answer: "We have never had a problem obtaining financing before". Safe from a public relations perspective, but nothing to hang your hat on (imo). Yes, I know...this highly sensitive matter is none of our business and not material until we either get the financing or go bankrupt.
