Teutracker, how would you envision the mechanics of such an offer? Many here would tender eveything at $4-6 and the offer would be oversubscribed. Perhaps cash and stock?

One other question, did you ever give any credence to the rumor that it was Polyus that bought ~5% of the common with an option for another ~5% a while back?
