I agree that we don't end up in arbitration.

You are incorrect on your comment about Venezuela reducing damages by arguing different costs due to mining law changes or that KRY would have to pay higher utilities than everyone else. To confirm this, just read the BIT -- it doesn't allow such games by making any such changes violations of the BIT.
