EZ...as you have stated yourself...Fung is the man who will do the right thing in terms of optimizing shareholder value and making sure this situation is handled in the best way possible given his talent and proven track record as a business leader. We'll have our answer soon (hopefully) from the man himself what this is worth from his perspective. If he opts to take us to arbitration without a minimum offer of $5-$6 per share, then that speaks for itself. Let's hope for the best.
