EZ...the rubber is going to hit the road by the end of this quarter. I'm sure we'll have more clarity on where we are at that point. We'll see whether Fung did the right thing by not filing for arbitration first and negotiating second. Regarding "hindsight"...we pay our CEO for 'foresight'. The jury is still out as to whether he played his cards as well as he could.
