Your frustration is very understandable. KRY is not for the faint of heart.

There are a couple of things you can do:

- call Richard and discuss your concerns

- wait till the AGM and see how you feel once more information comes to light

I think if you hang-in a bit longer you will be well rewarded.

The Chinese will not be embarassed by Hugo on this deal!
