CJR, many are with you on your thoughts, including me. I figure the Chinese have already got the permit issue settled or they're calling Hugo out with the July 31st deadline.

Hugo SAID he's going to mine the gold, and he prefers the Ruskies or Chinese to mine. So time for him to put up or shut up. If it doesn't happen with this deal it ain't happening for a loooong time.
