Listen, I don't even know most of the people who are on here but to give a little history lesson, and I know Rob Bonger can attest to this, there have been permits granted before where we all celebrated only to then find out "OK, now you need the permit to......" This happened with this very same environmental one. Most of us didn't know it was needed, and when I heard about it so many years ago, my reaction was "Well, they haven't given us all of the other permits to deny the environmental one". What a dumb ass I am, eh?
