Kry will be a minorority owner.

Kry will not be involved in building or operating.

Chavez/VZ will not be dealing with Crystallex anymore.

For LC, the name 'Crystallex' will fade into the night.

Crystallex will be but a 'silent partner'.

Chavez/VZ will be dealing with a Chinese company.

The new JV company with not be 'Crystallex'.

CRRC (China) will be the entity that Chavez/VZ will be negotiating with for the permit.

Chavez/VZ would be denying CRRC(China), not Crystallex, if they refused the permit.

Chavez/VZ will be 'partnering' with China to mine LC., and they will give China the permit.
