Karl, I think you need to show the exact posts you are referring to as I don't feel like searching trying to guess at what you mean. The link was Tuet's post but not sure how that is relevant.

I will guess at what you are implying for arguments sake. Are you saying because we didn't close the deal with the Chinese this deal won't happen like Kry's history of not delivering.

I don't know the intricacies of the Chinese deal but I do know that to complete the deal the Chinese had to deliver the permit as part of their obligations. Since that didn't happen and our contract was cancelled there was no need for any deal. Non of the direct fault lies with Kry since we honored our part but VZ didn't.

The PP that we are hoping to complete lies with Kry and management to get done. No blame can be laid with the Chinese or VZ if it doesn't get done. If you want to believe the situation is the same so be it. Can you tell me where Kry went wrong in closing the Chinese deal outside of believing VZ would do as they promised.

If you believe that Kry is at fault for believing VZ would honor a legal contract then you are also at fault since you knew what the plans were when you invested.
