Karl. I had no problem clicking the delay but didn't feel like I wanted to take the time to go to the date ( Please refer to posts at or around August 1, 2010) as you suggested to re read the posts. Sorry if my post didn't explain that properly. I was combining my response to both of your posts.

Teut's post wasn't a fabrication on his part as I was told the same thing. Was this total bullsh$t. Don't know for sure but my guess is that there was some delay because of the paper work or it wouldn't have been said. I don't think KRY ever has come out and specifically lied. I do think they have cherry picked like most companies do what they say to stay within the legally of what is said.

NZRanger posted that the date and timeline given for the PP was not done at Kry request . I know this to be true. This is also the case with the time frame given for the Chinese deal.

I don't disagree with you about all dates and timelines being irrelevant. Kry has a very bad history of of doing anything with a specific target timeline. Doing business in VZ probably compounds any timeline. I have seen missed timelines in both the USA and Canada as well so they are not limited just to VZ.

Now that you know I understand your point how are you with my point. Kry is in a no win position with shareholders wanting information (rightfully so) and timelines and then getting blasted when they are not meet.

Like my earlier post said how do you think shareholders would have taken a press release saying Kry is well aware of the financial issues the company is facing. The existing notes are due on Dec. 23rd 2011 and they will be paid off on time.

From what I have read here and on other boards I know people would have been demanding answers and a timeline and we both know the only timeline that is important right now is the one where Kry pays off the existing debt on Dec. 23rd.

You and I are both in this stock because we have no choice. Selling now would be foolish when there is still a chance the rabbit will appear. After riding this roller coaster for many years trying to grab the brass ring I chose to stay on board until the ride is over.
