Everybody seems to be in a flap about some clause on Page 20. I think JJ and Makin are right and the motive behind it is, signing a the deal with the Chinese would supersede the MOC in legal standing and KRY would no longer have the right to file for arbitration against Venezuela. Their only legal recourse would be against the Chinese.....I think.
