Karl, don't be so down on yourself. Many of us are very discouraged... understandably so. I sold 20,000 shares in April 2006... talk about a dope! I had 250,000! I probably would have bought 'em all back at 4 or 5 bucks anyway, but I'd still be further ahead than I am today. My consolation prize is that if this bloody thing ever pays out, I should make out okay due to the large number of shares I own today, the majority of which have been purchased under 25 cents.

The goal line is constantly being moved. Unfortunately we are moving ever closer to our arbitration deadline without resolution... I say unfortunately, because if that's where we end up, we could have been there a long time ago and would be that much closer to resolution/settlement.

Venezuela is a shithole with a despot cokehead in control. Their fate is sealed as long as el douchebag is at the helm. I hate that f#King place and would love for some shiny metal projectile to find its mark, but we don't always get what we wish/pray for. I guess we hang in there until maybe things go our way... it is possible, though increasingly looks doubtful as deadlines are unmet.

Bob Fung told me just last week that the Company will be able to fund its way through arbitration should that be necessary. He also assured me that the Company will not go broke. I will take him at his word and for that reason, continue to be invested in Crystallex.
