I would like to make this point, shareholders buying in at this level of $0.15 might accept $0.45...

Maybe that's the reason the MOC was revoked hoping the institutional shareholders would bail enmass and then you would have a NEW shareholder base that bought in at ~ $0.15 who would accept $0.45 / share settlement.

I'm NOT saying it will work, but it could be one possible explaination of the MOC being revoked.
