If people are banking on the possibility of VZ assets being siezed abroad to pay any kry arb award they are fooling themselves imo. For such a thing to happen you are looking at a whole different level of power and legal wrangling. IMO for such a thing to happen a very significant situatiuon way beyond kry would have to be in play. Kry won't be anywhere near the top of the list when the asset siezing cops go lookin. There will be years frustrating VZ bs before this possibility even gets considerd. People better face that possibility.
